Long-Form Content
By using the Bandits’ digital platforms to tell the stories of our players and individuals within the basketball community, long-form content helps humanize the Bandits brand and strengthens the connection that the team has with fans and the wider online community.
The following examples below were shot, edited and produced by me.
Local Basketball Community Storytelling
Video piece that highlights local basketball referee Karn Dhillon and his efforts to raise money for cancer research.
Player-focused Storytelling

Long-Term Social Media Campaigns
BC High School Basketball Provincial Championships
The BC High School Basketball Provincial Championships are one of the largest amateur sporting events in the country, featuring nearly 400 games over the span of two and a half weeks. As part of my team's sponsorship of the tournament, we were obligated to post every Player of the Game on our Instagram platform.
By developing a comprehensive content and posting strategy for Instagram for the event, I produced 413 graphics and published 77 posts within a 12-day period. This generated over 1,000,000 impressions, a 25% follower increase and exposed our brand to a wide audience within a key, under-tapped demographic of 13-17 and 18-24.
